LUC was commissioned in August 2023 to support the Council in preparing the Cherwell Local Plan Review 2040, which will provide detailed planning policies and site allocations.  LUC analysed land within the district and assessed whether it demonstrates valued landscape characteristics and whether it can be considered to be of ‘above ordinary’ value.
