LUC was commissioned in August 2023 to support the Council in preparing the Cherwell Local Plan Review 2040, which will provide detailed planning policies and site allocations.  LUC prepared an updated Landscape Character Assessment (LCA) to replace the Cherwell District Landscape Assessment published in 1995.
